Many of you will know that the Annual General Meeting of Perranporth Flying Club is normally held towards the end of October. The committee has decided that owing to the ongoing uncertainty created by the COVID-19 situation and associated government regulations, this year’s meeting will be a virtual one, probably via Zoom. We are still waiting for the 2019-2020 accounts to be finalised and so cannot plan a specific date for the AGM until these are received. We intend to email any salient voting issues in advance so that anyone who cannot partake on the evening can still exercise their voting rights. We shall be in touch again once we have a firmer idea of dates.
